OPI Iceland Collection Fall/Winter 2017

PR SAMPLES

Hey Dolls!

I have the brand new OPI Iceland Collection for Fall/Winter 2017 to show you today!  I am so in love with this collection, so many gorgeous creams, a fabulous frost and an absolute spectacular shimmer that I think will be sought after by many!

First up is Check Out the Old Geysirs, a dusty, icy blue with faint blue shimmer.  The shimmer is super faint, but it does give it an ethereal glow, rather than looking like a straight up cream.  I love the name of this one.  I wore it for a few days and everyone would giggle when I would tell them the name!  I used two coats.

This Isn't Greenland is a pale moss green cream.  I used two easy coats for perfect opacity.

Icelanded a Bottle of OPI is a medium beige nude with grey undertones.  Two coats gave me perfect opacity.  I loved this nude with my skin tone!

I'll Have a Gin & Tectonic is a lovely dusty peach cream.  I used three thin coats for my swatch.

One Heckla of a Color! is a dusty grape cream.  So perfect for Fall.  I used two coats.

Aurora Berry-alis is a gorgeous berry cream.  This is a fave of mine for sure.  An easy to work with formula, two coats.

Reykjavik Has All the Hot Spots is a stunning rose frosty-metallic.  You all know by now that I am a lover of anything frosty and metallic!  I used to HATE metallics or anything frosty, but now I just can't get enough of them.

Krona-logical Order is a grey with hints of brown and purple.  Awesome formula, two buttery coats.

Less is Norse is a dusty, navy blue.  I really fell in love with this one, I'm excited to wear it this Fall. Two easy coats.

That's What Friends are Thor is a gorgeous, rich brown.  OPI describes it as an 'earthy brown'.  It has an awesome formula.  Great pigment and doesn't stain your cuticles!

Suzi and the Arctic Fox is one of those shades that you can't tell if it's purple or blue or grey!  It's all three rolled into one polish!  Great formula, very pigmented.

And lastly, the one you've all been waiting for: Turn On the Northern Lights!  This beauty does not disappoint!  It has the most beautiful pink to gold shifting micro shimmer swimming in a navy jelly base.  Absolutely gorgeous!  Two coats for my swatch.

I had to take this beauty out into the sunshine for a swatch!

So what do you all think of this Collection?  Any that catch your eye?  My fave is Turn On the Northern Lights! (of course) and Reykjavik Has All the Hot Spots is my second fave.

This OPI Collection is available this August in select stores and salons.

Have a great day lovelies!

New, Crayola and Sally Hansen Insta-dri Collection

PR SAMPLES

Hiya Dolls!

Crayola has teamed up with Sally Hansen and come out with a new Back-to-School Collection inspired by Crayola Crayons.

There are 12 new cream polishes in this bright collection.

First up is White, a very bright, opaque pure white cream.  I needed two coats, the polish is thick but it leveled out nicely.  Did any of you paint your nails with White Out when you were in elementary school?  Haha.

Sunset Orange is a bright orange cream.  I used two coats for perfect opacity.

Dandelion is a bright yellow cream.  I needed three coats of this one for full opacity, pretty normal for a yellow.

Scarlet is a bright red cream.  This was super pigmented, I almost got away with coat.

Razzmatazz is a gorgeous bright raspberry pink.  Another very pigmented shade, I used two coats.

Wild Strawberry is a rich pink-leaning red cream.  This one was a one-coater!

Carnation Pink is a sweet bright pink with a great formula.  Two easy coats.

Vivid Violet is a rich, violet-purple cream.  This one is super pigmented, just one coat is all you'll need.

Purple Heart is a true purple that has a dusty look to it.  One easy coat!

Denim is a bright, royal blue cream.  Another one-coater.

Cerulean is a beautiful medium-blue cream.  The pigmentation of these polishes are so awesome, just one coat is all you need for Cerulean.

Last but not least is Granny Smith Apple, this green reminds me of Summer grass!  One coat.

Lots of bright happy shades in this Collection!  They're available now in select stores (retail $5.95)

Have a great day lovelies!
